HOMESCHOOLING IS SOMETIMES THE ANSWER

Homeschooling is sometimes the answer.

Do you know someone who has a child with learning disorders or who is a constant victim of bullying? If so please let them know of their option to homeschool.

The bullying started for my elder daughter in grade one. On top of that she wasn't learning to read. I didn't know what to do as things were only getting worse. I expressed my anxiety to a dear friend who suggested I try homeschooling. The thought had never occurred to me, I had been under the impression that homeschooling was just for hippies.

I decided I would try homeschooling so I did homeschool my two daughters for 5 years. My elder daughter was so grateful. At 14 she was diagnosed with multiple learning disorders. Her psychologist confirmed that homeschooling was the best thing I could have done for her. Her attitude was excellent and her self-esteem was intact which was rare for a child her age with such extreme learning disorders.

My daughter is very talented at sewing and today she's doing very well in her field of bridle fashion, of course we are very proud of her.
