41. Indira's Meditation with Chakra Affirmations

Indira's Meditation with Chakra Affirmations:

Begin by drawing your attention inwards and with a deep breath in welcome into your chakras the Life Energy which sustains us moment by moment and then exhale any tension that might be in your body.

Feel your body connecting to the earth through your ROOT CHAKRA, it is located at the base of the spine and at the feet, the colour is red, it symbolizes survival. We will remain here and at each chakra for about 2 minutes. I will read the affirmation twice then repeat with me the third time: I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SACRAL CHAKRA located in your lower abdomen area, the colour is orange, it symbolizes sexuality and desire. Repeat the affirmation: I nurture my inner child.

Ascending the focus of your energy now to your SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA, it is located in the navel area, the colour is yellow, it symbolizes ego, power and will. Repeat the affirmation: I am grateful for all the challenges that helped me transform and open up to love.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your HEART CHAKRA, located in your chest area, the colour is green, it symbolizes love and relationships. Repeat the affirmation: Divine love resides within my heart.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your THROAT CHAKRA, the colour is blue, it symbolizes communication. Repeat the affirmation: I am connected with other human beings, animals and nature.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your THIRD EYE CHAKRA, located between your eyebrows, the colour is violet, it symbolizes your intuition and supernatural abilities. I am in touch with my inner guidance.

Ascending the focus of your energy to your CROWN CHAKRA, here we envision a white light coming in and out of the top of our head. It symbolizes our higher consciousness joining with the universal consciousness or surrender. I welcome the Divine and surrender to Love.

Bring your attention back to your outer surroundings. Let us end with an Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
