Why practice yoga?

The practice of yoga with its breathwork, meditation and asanas have a profound effect on the performance of the brain and on every cell in our body. Daily practice can help break depression, stress and irregular breathing and lead to a healthier, longer life. It helps to entrain our energetic vibrations to the positive life giving vibrations of the Source of Life. The postures or asanas help us with strength, posture, coordination, flexibility and improving our balance which is so important as we age.

Adults lose their balance over time and that may cause falls with injuries and breaking of bones which are so hard to heal as we age. In my regular yoga classes I always include superbrain yoga and other brain yoga exercises that help with coordination and memory.
