TUESDAYS Yoga 8:15 pm 1 hour
WEDNESDAYS Yoga 11:45 am 1 hour
THURSDAYS Meditative Yoga 9:45 am 1 hour (you may join for just first half hour if you just want gentle stretching, the seated meditation begins at 10:15)
FRIDAYS Gentle Yoga 9:45 am 30 minutes
FRIDAY EVENINGS Yoga 8 pm 1 hour
