Today's meditation will be an eliminating mantra. The mantra will begin with the words: Be still, feel Divine love encompassing me. At each chakra the mantra will be reduced by the last word so at the final chakra we will be left with only one word, the word ‘Be.’ We will be focusing on stillness and in this stillness feeling Divine love encompassing us as we ascend to each chakra, resting at each chakra for approximately two minutes.
We will begin our seated meditation by joining our vibrations by saying ‘Om’ together.
At our first chakra, our ROOT CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour red, repeat after me 3 times: Be still, feel Divine love encompassing me.
Ascending to our second chakra, our SACRAL CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour orange, repeat after me 3 times: Be still, feel Divine love encompassing.
Ascending to our third chakra, our SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour yellow, repeat after me 3 times: Be still, feel Divine love.
Ascending to our forth chakra, our HEART CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour green, repeat after me 3 times: Be still, feel divine.
Ascending to our fifth chakra, our THROAT CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour blue, repeat after me 3 times: Be still, feel.
Ascending to our sixth chakra, 3RD EYE CHAKRA which vibrates in the colour violet, repeat after me 3 times: Be still.
Finally ascending to our CROWN CHAKRA envision a white light at the top of your head, repeat after me 3 times: Be.
