Lord make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
And where there is sadness, joy.
O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
and it's in pardoning that we are pardoned.
And it's in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen.
Sitting in a comfortably seated position we will be meditating for 2 minutes at each chakra in this guided meditation.
Begin by touching your fingers to your tailbone at your ROOT CHAKRA then bring your palms to face upward on our lap, repeat after me: may I be an instrument of peace.
Now touching your fingertips to our lower abdomen at your SACRAL CHAKRA then bring your palms to face upwards on your lap, repeat after me: where there is hatred let me sow love.
Ascending to your SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA, place your fingertips on your navel then rest your palms upwards on your lap, repeat after me: where there is injury let me bring forgiveness.
Ascending to your HEART CHAKRA, place your palms on your chest then rest your palms upwards on your lap, repeat after me: where there is doubt may I bring faith.
Now at your THROAT CHAKRA, place your fingertips on your throat then rest your palms upwards on your lap, repeat after me: where there is despair let me bring hope.
Bring your fingertips to rest between your eyebrows which is your 3RD EYE CHAKRA, then rest your palms upwards on your lap, repeat after me: where there is darkness may I bring light.
Finally coming to our CROWN CHAKRA, touch the top of your head with your fingertips, then rest your palms upward on your lap, repeat after me: where there is sadness may I bring joy.
O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
and it's in pardoning that we are pardoned.
And it's in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Let us end with the final OM
